BIRDS IN OUR SCHOOL AREA
We have learned three different names for each bird: the name in English, in Spanish & the scientific name. We learned that the scientific name is written in Latin & it is the same in all the world. In this form we can be sure that we investigate about the same bird because the name in English & Spanish are not always the same.
