BIRDS IN OUR SCHOOL AREA

We have learned three different names for each bird: the name in English, in Spanish & the scientific name. We learned that the scientific name is written in Latin &  it is the same in all the world. In this form we can be sure that we investigate about the same  bird because the name in English & Spanish are not always the same.

BIRDS AROUND OUR SCHOOL AREA

We have investigated about the main species of birds around our school area. We have learned a lot about these birds: Short-toed Snake Eagle, Bonelli' s Eagle, Golden Eagle, Booted Eagle, Euroasian  Eagle-Owl, Griffon Vulture, The Great Cormoran, Grey Heron, Peregrine Falcon, Common Kingfisher, White-Throated Dipper, Golden Oriole and Common Moorhen.
